Our team approach embraces that two minds are better than one and our clients benefit from our depth of experience. Education is vital and we financially support and recognize the importance of developing our team to deeply understand insurance products, risk management and benefit services; a commitment that benefits both the employee earning a designation and the client working with a knowledgeable and experienced employee. We share a genuine desire to help each other and our clients as we believe insurance, risk management and benefit services as vehicles to strengthen our community.


For Our Team:


We honor and reward our team members by sharing profits and positive feedback broadly, we appreciate what we each bring to the table. Our 90+ year old culture includes financial, emotional and physical wellness and open communication where learning how to have a tough conversation with a positive outcome is woven into the fabric of our culture (and is an integral part of our first week experience). As a fun, family-oriented place to work we offer perks as an added value to employees and recognize that each team member is part of the Northern family.


I am extremely proud of our team, strategic plan and creative approach to problem solving. At Northern Insuring Agency we don’t “sell” insurance, we are educators about insurance and risk managers for the middle market clients we represent.
